History
Foote Development Company's primary business is providing housing.
It has obtained the discretionary approval to build nearly 2,000
housing units in a variety of market driven venues. Most of these
residences, FDC took from raw land through the entitlement process,
completion of construction and delivered the residences to the
user or consumer. This total housing development experience has
enabled the company to experience first hand the components necessary
to provide the consumer with a quality product at a fair price
that will maintain its integrity and value for future generations.
