The Terraces at Scripps Ranch

The Terraces is the condominium hillside portion of FDC’s Scripps Westview project. The condominiums were built at a density of 10 units to the acre and offer views across Mira Mesa. Efficient double-loaded driveways allowed the homes to be built on the uphill side of the street as well as the downhill side of the street. The Spanish motif fits comfortably into the hillside east of Interstate 15. The Terraces are more like town homes built in 4-plexes and duplexes and were designed for both the “move-up” and the “move-down” buyer.
