Views of Mt. Hood and the Willamette River!

The Waterford at Johns Landing will be the first new waterfront project in nearly 25 years.  The project has evolved into a small residential community including town homes on the river and a five-story building between the town homes and Macadam Avenue.  We are in the design phase now and if you would like to be on our “interest list,” you will be notified of project progress and your registration will carry a priority when the property is offered for sale or rent.  In addition, you will have the opportunity to participate in focus groups in which we hope to learn more particularly what you as a consumer would like in these new homes.  Our plans include starting construction late in 2007.
